Orders can be delivered on the 2nd working day after your time of purchase with order cut-off time at 3:00pm. Longer processing time may be required if orders are received on Sat , Sun & Public Holidays. Customers should ensure a person aged 18 above to be present during the agreed delivery time slot to collect the alcoholic items. If no one accepts the delivery at the nominated delivery address on the delivery date and time slot, re-delivery service charges may be applied. Delivery service will be rearranged under bad weather conditions / unexpected situations.
GOODS ACCEPTANCE / RETURN
You must carefully inspect all goods upon collection/delivery and provide signature on the delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) immediately. The signed delivery note/ invoice (sales slip) by recipient will be deemed to be your acceptance of goods with full satisfaction and no return will be accepted thereafter. Any of below situations does not allow any exchange / return of goods: Wine priced HK$800 or more (per bottle) Wine aged 10 years or more Wine cellars* / glassware / wine accessories *Please refer to Exchange & Warranty provided by supplier In any case, you must contact us within 2 working days after delivery with original invoice.
NON-PICKUP / NON-DELIVERY
If items ordered could not be successfully delivered to our customers within one month of purchase, which could be due to inaccurate address or contact details or customer refuses to take delivery, we reserve the right to charge wine storage fees. SIPID CONCEPT has the right to dispose the wine without further notice to the Customer, if the wine could not be delivered or the storage fees have not been paid within 3 months from the date of purchase. We shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of the disposal in such circumstances.
